Everything on this website and inside the course was made by us or licensed to us. This page sets out what we own, what you may do with it, and how to tell us if you think something here infringes your rights.

1. What we own

All course content, including video, audio, transcripts, slides, written lessons, frameworks, assessments, checklists, templates and client assets, together with this website, its design, code, text, images and the Diary of a Chief AI Officer brand, is owned by [legal entity name] or used under licence. It is protected by copyright, database right and trade mark law.

2. The licence you get

When you enrol we grant your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials internally, within your seat allowance, for the access period.

That includes downloading templates and checklists and adapting them for use inside your own business, including with your own clients as part of your normal services. It does not include repackaging them as a product, training programme or deliverable that competes with the course.

Materials you downloaded during a valid access period may be kept and used internally after the period ends. The rest of this page continues to apply to them.

3. What is not allowed

• copying, publishing, streaming or redistributing course content outside your licensed seats
• sharing login details, or giving access to anyone outside your seat allowance
• recording, screen-capturing or transcribing lessons for distribution
• removing or obscuring copyright notices or branding
• selling, sub-licensing or hiring out the materials
• using the materials to create a competing course, programme or product

4. AI and machine learning

You may not use the course materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, embed, index or ground any machine learning model, large language model or other AI system, whether for your own use or a third party's. Using an AI assistant to help you apply the method inside your own business is fine. Feeding the materials into a system that reproduces them is not.

We reserve all rights in respect of text and data mining, including under the exceptions in UK copyright law.

5. Your own content

You keep ownership of anything you post in the member community or submit as part of an assessment. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to other members so the community works, and to quote it anonymously as an example. If you would rather we did not quote you, say so and we will not.

6. Third-party marks

Product names, logos and brands referred to in the course belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the tools we discuss. Their use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this site or in the course infringes your copyright, email [support email address] with the heading "Copyright notice", and include:

1. your name and contact details
2. identification of the work you say has been infringed
3. where the material sits on our site or in the course
4. a statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the owner or the law
5. a statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them

We investigate every notice, aim to respond within five working days, and will remove or disable material where a claim is made out. If you think we have removed something in error, tell us and we will review it.
